Labs, translation agencies, editorial services companies and academic institutions may require subscription needs other than those of the individual user to provide access to their members or collaborators. We therefore offer four options that adapt to the characteristics and needs of different organizations:

• Multi-user Authentication: Comprises the creation of a single account that grants simultaneous access to multiple members of an institution with a single username and password. This is convenient for small working groups ─ between five and ten members—, such as a small agency translation team. 
  
• IP Authentication: Enables the connection of multiple devices sharing the same public IP address, e.g., those connected to the Local Area Network (LAN) of a library or a university campus. It is compatible with proxy authentication that allows connection to an IP address from an address other than the primary one. It is the typical option of educational institutions wishing to provide access to numerous students.
  
• Authentication through OpenAthens: Based on a state-of-the-art federated authentication, OpenAthens allows any user, from any location, to access via a single starting session, safely and confidently, thousands of authoritative translation and medical-scientific content sources, such as ours. This option is the most complete and safest for universities, and it is developing into a new standard.
• Coupon Creation: If the institution’s aim is to provide its members with an individual subscription, Cosnautas may deliver a bundle of coupons that replace contracted subscription payment. This is the preferred option of Master programs whose graduates will continue using the platform accessing from their personal accounts after they complete the program.
  

All these subscriptions may benefit from discounts that range between 20% to 50% off the initial price of individual subscriptions, on a case-by-case basis, and there are additional benefits for educational programs.
